SJR6,1,2 Relating to: modifying the session schedule for the 2013-14 biennial session period and extending the deadline for the governor's budget message.

This joint resolution modifies the session schedule of the legislature to extend the deadline for the governor's budget message until February 20, 2013, and creates an additional floorperiod for February 20, 2013.

SJR6,1,3 Resolved by the senate, the assembly concurring, That:

SJR6,1 Section 1. 2013-2014 session schedule modified. The session schedule of the legislature set forth by 2013 Senate Joint Resolution 1 is modified as follows:

SJR6,1,9 (1) Budget deadline extended. Notwithstanding 2013 Senate Joint Resolution 1, section 1 (1m), the deadline of Tuesday, February 12, 2013, for introduction of the executive budget bill or bills, submittal of the state budget report, and delivery of the governor's budget message, is extended to Wednesday, February 20, 2013.

SJR6,2,2 (2) Additional floorperiod. A floorperiod commences on Wednesday, February 20, 2013, at 10 a.m., and ends on Wednesday, February 20, 2013.
