2doing campaign work while working for other registrants.

This bill prohibits an individual from being employed by a candidate, the
candidate's personal campaign committee, or a legislative campaign committee
while also being employed by any other individual or committee who or which is
required to register with the Government Accountability Board for campaign finance
purposes.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
AB472,1 3Section 1. 11.39 of the statutes is created to read:
AB472,2,2 411.39 Employment with multiple registrants. No individual may be
5employed by a candidate, the candidate's personal campaign committee, or a
6legislative campaign committee while also being employed by a registrant who or

1which is not another candidate, personal campaign committee, or legislative
2campaign committee.
