AB771,1,1 1An Act relating to: drug law enforcement grants.

This bill directs the Department of Justice to make grants in the amount of
$50,000 for each fiscal year of the current fiscal biennium to LaFayette County for
drug law enforcement and interdiction services.

printed as an appendix to this bill.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:

AB771,1,73 (1) From the appropriation account under section 20.455 (2) (a) of the statutes,
4the department of justice shall award to the Lafayette County Sheriff's Department,
5for drug law enforcement and drug interdiction services, a grant in the amount of
6$50,000 in fiscal year 2015-16 and a grant in the amount of $50,000 in fiscal year
72016-17.
