AB836,1,2 1An Act to create 302.075 of the statutes; relating to: first responders on duty
2at prisons.

This bill requires that the warden or superintendent of each prison ensure that
at least five first responders, in additional to correctional officers and sergeants, are
on duty at all times.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
AB836,1 3Section 1. 302.075 of the statutes is created to read:
AB836,1,6 4302.075 First responders on duty. The warden or superintendent of each
5prison shall ensure that at least 5 first responders, in additional to correctional
6officers and sergeants, are on duty at the prison at all times.
