AJR64,1,32 Whereas, Edward Nager was born in 1927 in the Bronx, New York, and died on
3March 18, 2021; and
AJR64,1,64 Whereas, after Ed Nager graduated from City College of New York, he moved
5to Wisconsin where he received his law degree from the University of
6Wisconsin-Madison Law School; and
AJR64,1,97 Whereas, after graduating law school, Ed Nager's legal career spanned from
8private practice to Assistant Dane County District Attorney to Milwaukee County
9Assistant Deputy Clerk of Courts to serving as a Milwaukee County judge; and
AJR64,1,1010 Whereas, Ed Nager celebrated his 50th year of being an attorney in 2005; and
AJR64,1,1311 Whereas, Ed Nager served in the U.S. Army Air Force and continued his love
12of flying after moving to Wisconsin by joining the UW Flying Club, for which he also
13served as president for several years; and
