SB482,1,3 1An Act to create 20.505 (1) (au) and 20.505 (1) (av) of the statutes; relating to:
2funding for improvement of baseball park facilities and making an

This bill provides a total of $411,500,000 in funding from the 2023-24 fiscal
year to the 2045-46 fiscal year for the Department of Administration to make
payments under a grant awarded to a local professional baseball park district for the
purpose of assisting in the development, construction, improvement, repair, and
maintenance of baseball park facilities. The bill separately provides a total of
$50,000,000 in funding for short-term loans awarded by DOA to a local professional
baseball park district for that purpose.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:

6sufficient for payments to a local professional baseball park district under s. 16.09

1(3) to assist in the development, construction, improvement, repair, and
2maintenance of baseball park facilities, not to exceed the following:
