On March 23, 2012, the Department of Health Services submitted a proposed rule to the Legislative Council creating section
DHS 115.05 (3), relating to a fee for screening newborns for congenital and metabolic disorders and other services.
There appear to be no existing or proposed federal regulations that address the activities to be regulated by the proposed rules, and no known court decisions directly relevant to the proposed rule.
