On March 24, 2014, the Government Accountability Board submitted a rule-making order to the presiding officer of each house of the Legislature. The proposed rule creates Chapter GAB 4, relating to election observers.

This rule is not subject to s. 227.185, Stats. The statement of scope for this rule was filed prior to the effective date of s. 227.185, Stats., and published in Register 657 on September 30, 2010.
