Relating to: dispositional orders, consent decrees and informal dispositions for certain children in need of protection or services; taking a child into custody; criminal history and child abuse record searches of employes, contractors and volunteers of court-appointed special advocate programs; immunity from civil liability for volunteers appointed by and employes of court-appointed special advocate programs; and providing a penalty.
