2005 WISCONSIN ACT
An Act relating to: requiring the secretary of administration to submit certain reports to the joint committee on finance.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
AB1182,1 Section 1. Nonstatutory provisions.
(1) Submission of certain reports to the joint committee on finance.
(a) No later than September 1, 2006, the secretary of administration shall submit a report to the joint committee on finance categorizing any lapses and transfers to the general fund during the 2005-06 fiscal year from allocations for human resources and payroll functions and for server and network support, from moneys saved as a result of restructuring of procurement contracts and changes to purchasing and procurement functions, and from efficiencies achieved as a result of space management improvements in that fiscal biennium. The report shall categorize the lapses and transfers by state agency, fund, and appropriation account, and the projected lapses and transfers for the 2006-07 fiscal year by state agency, fund, and appropriation account.
(b) No later than April 1, 2007, the secretary of administration shall submit a report to the joint committee on finance categorizing any lapses and transfers to the general fund during the 2006-07 fiscal year from allocations for human resources and payroll functions and for server and network support, from moneys saved as a result of restructuring of procurement contracts and changes to purchasing and procurement functions, and from efficiencies achieved as a result of space management improvements in that fiscal biennium.
