AB100-AA5,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB100-AA5,1,2 1. Page 3, line 13: delete "a.".

AB100-AA5,1,3 2. Page 3, line 22: delete lines 22 to 25 and substitute:

AB100-AA5,1,6 "632.7495 (1) (b) 2. The insurer shall, at the request of the insured individual, modify the benefits or deductible level, or both, under the individual health benefit plan that is being renewed.".

AB100-AA5,1,7 3. Page 4, line 1: delete lines 1 to 4.
