AB110-AA2,1,6 "(5) Immunity. (a) A candidate's current or former employer is immune from civil liability for providing employment information regarding the candidate, that is not subject to a confidentiality agreement between the candidate and employer, to a law enforcement agency in response to a request under sub. (2).

AB110-AA2,1,9 (b) A candidate's current or former employer is immune from civil liability for providing employment information regarding the candidate to a law enforcement agency if required to do so by a court order issued under sub. (3).".
