AB138-AA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 2: after "resources" insert ", term of service of members of the Natural Resources Board,".

AB138-AA1,1,4 2. Page 2, line 7: substitute "6-year 4-year" for "6-year".

AB138-AA1,1,5 3. Page 3, line 3: after that line insert:

AB138-AA1,1,6 " Section 4m. Initial applicability.

AB138-AA1,1,9 (1) The treatment of section 15.34 (2) (a) of the statutes, as it relates to the term of a member of the natural resources board, first applies to a member of the natural resources board confirmed or reconfirmed after July 1, 2009.".
