AB138-AA7,1,2 21. Page 1, line 3: after "on" insert "and membership of".
AB138-AA7,1,3 32. Page 2, line 8: after that line insert:
AB138-AA7,1,4 4" Section 2g. 15.34 (2) (bg) and (br) of the statutes are created to read:
AB138-AA7,1,95 15.34 (2) (bg) At least one member of the natural resources board shall have
6an agricultural background. The governor may request statewide agricultural
7organizations to submit recommendations for nominees under this paragraph. The
8requirements of this paragraph apply to individuals who are members of the natural
9resources board on December 31, 2013, and thereafter.
AB138-AA7,2,410 (br) 1. At least 3 members of the natural resources board shall be individuals
11who held an annual hunting, fishing, or trapping license, in this state or another
12state, in at least 7 of the 10 years previous to the year in which the individual is
13nominated, except as provided in subd. 2. The governor may request statewide

1organizations that are primarily interested in supporting hunting, fishing, or
2trapping to submit recommendations for nominees under this paragraph. The
3requirements of this paragraph apply to individuals who are members of the natural
4resources board on December 31, 2013, and thereafter.
AB138-AA7,2,95 2. If an individual served on active duty in the U.S. armed forces or national
6guard during the 10 years previous to the year in which the individual is nominated,
7the number of years in which the individual is required to have held an annual
8hunting, fishing, or trapping license equals 7 minus the number of years of active
9duty served during those 10 years.".
