AB165-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB165-SA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 1: delete lines 1 to 5 and substitute:

AB165-SA1,1,4 " Section 1e. 66.1110 (7) (a) of the statutes is renumbered 66.1110 (7) (a) 1. and amended to read:

AB165-SA1,1,8 66.1110 (7) (a) 1. Any Except as provided in subd. 2., any parcel of real property used exclusively for less than 8 residential dwelling units and real property that is exempted from general property taxes under s. 70.11 may not be specially assessed for purposes of this section.

AB165-SA1, s. 1m Section 1m. 66.1110 (7) (a) 2. of the statutes is created to read:

AB165-SA1,1,12 66.1110 (7) (a) 2. In a 1st class city, real property that is exempted from general property taxes under s. 70.11 may not be specially assessed for purposes of this section.".
