AB282-ASA1-AA16,1,5 1. Page 27, line 23: after "system." insert "Notwithstanding s. 32.03 (6) (b), a comprehensive unified local transportation system acquired by condemnation may be leased under this paragraph to a private entity if the lease is solely for transit purposes.".
