AB296-AA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB296-AA3,1,2 1. Page 43, line 21: before that line insert:

AB296-AA3,1,3 " Section 92r. Nonstatutory provisions.

AB296-AA3,1,6 (1) Exemption from certain legislative rules of proceedings. Section 20.003 (4) of the statutes shall not apply to the actions of the legislature in enacting this act.".

AB296-AA3,1,7 2. Page 44, line 1: delete lines 1 to 10 and substitute:

AB296-AA3,2,2 "(1m) Initiatives for coordinated services. In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the department of health services under section 20.435 (5) (co) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 2009, the dollar amount is increased by $70,000 for the second fiscal year of the fiscal biennium in which this subsection takes effect for the purpose for which the appropriation is made.".
