AB480-AA4,1,2 1. Page 2, line 15: delete "the actor" and substitute "an individual".

AB480-AA4,1,3 2. Page 2, line 20: delete "person" and substitute "individual".

AB480-AA4,1,4 3. Page 3, line 12: after that line insert:

AB480-AA4,1,6 "(7) This section does not create a cause of action against any person except the individual who commits a gender-based act.".
