AB643-AA1-AA3,1,2 1. Page 13, line 14: delete "The" and substitute "Subject to par. (cm), the".

AB643-AA1-AA3,1,4 2. Page 14, line 3: on lines 3 and 12 delete "The" and substitute "Subject to par. (cm), the".

AB643-AA1-AA3,1,5 3. Page 14, line 16: after that line insert:

AB643-AA1-AA3,1,10 "(cm) For a 1st class city, the allocation of a recovery zone bond limitation received by such a city shall be considered waived on August 1, 2010, except with regard to any amount about which the city sends written notice to the department of commerce before that date in which the city states that recovery zone bonds have been issued pursuant to the city's limitation allocation.".
