AB649-ASA1-AA18,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB649-ASA1-AA18,1,3 1. Page 4, line 19: delete the material beginning with "requiring" and ending with "emissions;" on line 20.

AB649-ASA1-AA18,1,7 2. Page 13, line 18: delete "has the meaning given in s. 299.04 (1) (a)" and substitute "means a program that imposes limits on emissions of greenhouse gases from specified sources of emissions and that provides for the trading of allowances that may be used to satisfy those limits".

AB649-ASA1-AA18,1,11 3. Page 28, line 15: delete "has the meaning given in s. 299.04 (1) (a)" and substitute "means a program that imposes limits on emissions of greenhouse gases from specified sources of emissions and that provides for the trading of allowances that may be used to satisfy those limits".

AB649-ASA1-AA18,2,2 4. Page 124, line 12: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 125, line 8.
