AB697-AA2,1,2 1. Page 8, line 5: before that line insert:

AB697-AA2,1,8 "(9m) Termination of plan. The plan under this section shall terminate on the first day of the 25th month beginning after the effective date of this subsection .... [LRB inserts date]. The department shall not pay any claim under this section for services provided after the last day of the 24th month beginning after the effective date of this subsection .... [LRB inserts date], to an individual with coverage under the plan under this section.".
