SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2009 ASSEMBLY BILL 767

AB767-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB767-SA1,1,3 1. Page 5, line 7: delete the material beginning with "do all" and ending with "Provide" on line 8 and substitute "provide".

AB767-SA1,1,4 2. Page 5, line 10: delete lines 10 to 18.

AB767-SA1,1,5 3. Page 9, line 12: delete that line.

AB767-SA1,1,7 4. Page 9, line 13: delete "(a) Upon" and substitute "560.038 (3) (a) 1. Subject to the limitations in subd. 2., the office shall, upon".

AB767-SA1,1,8 5. Page 9, line 18: after that line insert:

AB767-SA1,1,12 "2. An investigation by the office under subd. 1. may not delay or interfere with the enforcement action initiated by the agency under subd. 1. or serve as grounds for a small business to fail to comply with an order issued by an agency pursuant to the enforcement action.".
