SB181-AA20,1,3 1. Page 5, line 15: after that line insert:

SB181-AA20,1,4 " Section 8m. 101.123 (1) (au) of the statutes is created to read:

SB181-AA20,1,8 101.123 (1) (au) "Indian lands" means land held in trust by the federal government for the benefit of a federally recognized Indian tribe or band or a member of such a tribe or band and land located within the boundaries of a federally recognized Indian reservation.".

SB181-AA20,1,9 2. Page 14, line 16: after that line insert:

SB181-AA20,1,10 " Section 70m. 101.123 (7m) of the statutes is created to read:

SB181-AA20,2,3 101.123 (7m) Applicability. The provisions of this section apply to places and areas that are located on Indian lands in the same manner as they apply to areas and places that are not located on Indian lands.".
