SB181-SSA1-SA3,1,3 " Section 76c. 125.34 (4) (am) of the statutes is created to read:

SB181-SSA1-SA3,1,5 125.34 (4) (am) Any person who holds a Class "B" license if the licensee or his or her agent is in violation of s. 101.123 (2m) (a) to (d).

SB181-SSA1-SA3, s. 76g Section 76g. 125.54 (9) of the statutes is created to read:

SB181-SSA1-SA3,1,9 125.54 (9) Certain sales prohibited. No wholesaler may sell any intoxicating liquor to a person who holds a "Class B" license if the licensee or his or her agent is in violation of s. 101.123 (2m) (a) to (d).".
