SB383-AA2,1,7 755.015 Eligibility for office. No person is eligible to hold the office of judge unless he or she is licensed to practice law in this state and has practiced law in this state for at least one year. This section applies to a person elected or appointed as a judge on or after the effective date of this section .... [LRB inserts date].".
