SB409-AA1,1,4 1. Page 27, line 14: after that line, after the material inserted by senate amendment 1, insert:

SB409-AA1,1,6 "(7) Required general fund balance. Section 20.003 (4) of the statutes does not apply to the action of the legislature in enacting this act.".
