4departments for responding to outbreaks of illness associated with the consumption
5of unpasteurized milk,".

11of food under chs. 93, 97 and 98.All moneys received under ss. 93.06 (1r) and (1w),
1293.09, 93.11, 93.12, 97.17, 97.175, 97.20, 97.21, 97.22, 97.24 (2) and (3) to (8), 97.27,

197.29, 97.30 (3) (a), (b) and (c), 97.41, 98.145 and 98.146 for the regulation of food
2shall be credited to this appropriation.
SB434-AA4, s. 1c 3Section 1c. 20.115 (1) (t) of the statutes is created to read:
SB434-AA4,2,64 20.115 (1) (t) Unpasteurized milk regulation. From the unpasteurized milk
5public health fund, 25 percent of the moneys received under s. 97.24 (2g) (be) for
6administering s. 97.24 (2g).
SB434-AA4, s. 1d 7Section 1d. 20.435 (1) (r) of the statutes is created to read:
SB434-AA4,2,118 20.435 (1) (r) Unpasteurized milk public health local assistance. From the
9unpasteurized milk public health fund, 75 percent of the moneys received under s.
1097.24 (2g) (be) for financial assistance to local health departments under s. 250.04
11(15).
SB434-AA4, s. 1g 12Section 1g. 25.17 (1) (xLm) of the statutes is created to read:
SB434-AA4,2,1313 25.17 (1) (xLm) Unpasteurized milk public health fund (s. 25.55).
SB434-AA4, s. 1j 14Section 1j. 25.55 of the statutes is created to read:
SB434-AA4,2,17 1525.55 Unpasteurized milk public health fund. There is established a
16separate nonlapsible trust fund designated as the unpasteurized milk public health
17fund consisting of all moneys received under s. 97.24 (2r) (be).".
