SB434-AA8,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by senate substitute amendment 1, as follows:

SB434-AA8,1,3 1. Page 3, line 5: after that line insert:

SB434-AA8,1,8 "(br) Before a milk producer sells unpasteurized milk under par. (b), the milk producer shall obtain insurance providing coverage for liability for personal injury and wrongful death and for product liability in an amount of not less than $1,000,000 per single occurrence. The milk producer shall maintain that coverage until at least 60 months after the milk producer ceases to sell unpasteurized milk under par. (b).".
