SB62-AA3,1,7 "(ch) Public hearing and issuance of report. Before approving the expenditure of federal economic stimulus funds under a plan or plans submitted by the governor, the joint committee on finance shall hold a public hearing and issue a report that determines the amount, if any, that the proposed expenditures contained in the plan or plans will increase the state's structural deficit.".
