SB640-SSA1-SA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

SB640-SSA1-SA3,1,2 1. Page 83, line 18: delete that line and substitute:

SB640-SSA1-SA3,1,3 " Section 147m. 12.60 (1) (bn) and (bp) of the statutes are created to read:

SB640-SSA1-SA3,1,6 12.60 (1) (bn) If the board or any municipality fails to ensure compliance with s. 5.25 (4) (b) at any polling place at any election, the violator may be required to forfeit not more than $500 for each violation.".

SB640-SSA1-SA3,1,7 2. Page 83, line 19: delete "12.60 (1) (bn)" and substitute "(bp)".
