SB66-SSA2-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

(2)." insert "If a court makes a finding of limited liability for costs under s. 343.301 (3) (b) for a person who is subject to a forfeiture under sub. (2) (am) 1., the court may require the person to perform community service work for a public agency or a nonprofit charitable organization for a number of hours determined by the court.".
