AB241-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB241-AA1,1,2 1. Page 3, line 23: delete lines 23 to 25 and substitute:

AB241-AA1,1,3 " Section 3g. 943.50 (4) (a) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB241-AA1,1,5 943.50 (4) (a) A Except as provided in par. (am) or sub. (4m), a Class A misdemeanor, if the value of the merchandise does not exceed $2,500.

AB241-AA1, s. 3m Section 3m. 943.50 (4) (am) of the statutes is created to read:

AB241-AA1,1,8 943.50 (4) (am) A Class I felony, if the value of the merchandise does not exceed $2,500 and the person has 2 or more convictions for violations under this section.".
