AB253-ASA1-AA4,1,2 1. Page 13, line 24: after that line insert:

AB253-ASA1-AA4,1,3 " Section 65g. 101.123 (3) (jL) of the statutes is created to read:

AB253-ASA1-AA4,1,6 101.123 (3) (jL) An enclosed place in a nursing home, a Wisconsin veterans home, or an assisted living facility that has been designated as an area where smoking is allowed, as provided in sub. (3d).".

AB253-ASA1-AA4,1,8 " Section 66m. 101.123 (3d) of the statutes is created to read:

AB253-ASA1-AA4,2,2 101.123 (3d) Nursing homes, veterans homes, and assisted living facilities. A nursing home, as defined in s. 50.01 (3), a Wisconsin veterans home under s. 45.50, or an assisted living facility may designate an enclosed place in the nursing home, Wisconsin veterans home, or assisted living facility that has a separate ventilation system as an area in which smoking is allowed.".
