AB253-ASA1-AA7,1,3 " Section 74c. 101.123 (8) (dg) of the statutes is created to read:

AB253-ASA1-AA7,1,5 101.123 (8) (dg) There is no penalty for a violation of sub. (2m) and the general penalty provision under s. 939.61 (1) does not apply to the violation.".
