AB255-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB255-AA2,1,5 1. Page 39, line 14: delete the material beginning with "may" and ending with "statutes." on line 17 and substitute "and the department of administration may not provide a grant under this subsection that exceeds 35 percent of the cost of construction of a project.".

AB255-AA2,1,6 2. Page 39, line 19: after "are" insert "not more than 35 percent".

AB255-AA2,1,8 3. Page 39, line 21: delete "a portion" and substitute "not more than 35 percent".

AB255-AA2,1,11 4. Page 41, line 7: after "statutes." insert "The department of natural resources and the department of administration may not provide a grant under this subsection that exceeds 35 percent of the cost of construction of a project.".

AB255-AA2,1,12 5. Page 41, line 9: after "are" insert "not more than 35 percent".

AB255-AA2,2,2 6. Page 41, line 11: delete "a portion" and substitute "not more than 35 percent".
