ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 1, TO 2009 ASSEMBLY BILL 30

AB30-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB30-AA1,1,3 1. Page 4, line 9: delete lines 9 to 11 and substitute "received by an employee except as necessary to do any of the following:".

AB30-AA1,1,4 2. Page 4, line 12: before that line insert:

AB30-AA1,1,6 "1. Determine whether the electronic mail message is personal or work-related.

AB30-AA1,1,9 2. Investigate an allegation that the employee has engaged in sexual harassment in violation of s. 111.36 (1) (b) or harassment because of gender in violation of s. 111.36 (1) (br).

AB30-AA1,1,11 3. Protect any trade secret, as defined in s. 134.90 (1) (c), or other confidential business information of the employer.".
