AB367-AA1,1,3 1. Page 4, line 5: after "information" insert "bearing an individual's credit worthiness, credit standing, or credit capacity that is".

AB367-AA1,1,4 2. Page 5, line 17: after that line insert:

AB367-AA1,1,5 " Section 8m. Effective date.

AB367-AA1,1,7 (1) Employment discrimination based on credit history. This act takes effect on January 1, 2011, or on the day after publication, whichever is later.".
