AB749-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB749-AA2,1,5 1. Page 11, line 19: after "$900,000." insert "In each fiscal year, the department of commerce shall allocate $450,000 in tax credits to businesses that, individually, have no more than $3,000,000 in Wisconsin adjusted gross income for the taxable year in which the credit is claimed.".
