AB75-ASA1-AA71,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB75-ASA1-AA71,1,3 1. Page 672, line 12: after "authority" insert ", if the KRM authority under sub. (7) is created by that date".

AB75-ASA1-AA71,1,4 2. Page 672, line 23: delete "There is created the" and substitute "The".

AB75-ASA1-AA71,1,5 3. Page 672, line 24: delete ", Racine,".

AB75-ASA1-AA71,1,10 4. Page 672, line 25: delete "Milwaukee. This" and substitute "Milwaukee and that part of Racine County east of I 94, is created if the creation of the authority is approved by the electors of the counties of Kenosha, Milwaukee, and Racine, by a majority vote in each county, at a referendum held at a general election in each county. Once created, this".
