AB75-ASA1-AA85,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB75-ASA1-AA85,1,4 1. Page 169, line 6: decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 2009-10 by $500,000 and decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 2010-11 by $500,000 for the purpose of eliminating benefits for qualified aliens under the food stamp program.

AB75-ASA1-AA85,1,5 2. Page 635, line 21: after that line insert:

AB75-ASA1-AA85,1,6 " Section 1372b. 49.79 (1) (f) of the statutes is repealed.".

AB75-ASA1-AA85,1,7 3. Page 636, line 4: after that line insert:

AB75-ASA1-AA85,1,8 " Section 1374b. 49.79 (8) of the statutes is repealed.".
