AB830-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB830-AA2,1,2 1. Page 2, line 9: after "purposes." insert "The fee is payable immediately.".

AB830-AA2,1,5 2. Page 2, line 13: delete the material beginning with "If" and ending with "services" on line 19 and substitute "The fee is not payable until the person is convicted of an offense related to his or her arrest or detention.".
