AB836-AA2,1,6 "(3) If the rental property is located in a community, as defined in s. 710.15 (1) (ad), the landlord is required to provide the disclosure under sub. (1) only to a prospective tenant of the manufactured home or mobile home in which the methamphetamine was manufactured.".
