SB181-AA25,1,3 1. Page 4, line 4: after that line insert:

SB181-AA25,1,4 " Section 2m. 101.123 (1) (aa) of the statutes is created to read:

SB181-AA25,1,6 101.123 (1) (aa) "Adjoining state" means Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, or Minnesota.".

SB181-AA25,1,8 " Section 66m. 101.123 (3) (n) of the statutes is created to read:

SB181-AA25,1,11 101.123 (3) (n) Any place of employment that is located within 50 miles of the boundary between this state and an adjoining state, if the adjoining state does not have in effect a statewide law that prohibits smoking in places of employment.".
