SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2009 SENATE BILL 27

SB27-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB27-SA1,1,3 1. Page 4, line 18: delete "Subject to par. (c) and except as provided in par. (d)" and substitute "Except as provided in par. (c)".

SB27-SA1,1,5 2. Page 5, line 12: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 6, line 2.

SB27-SA1,1,6 3. Page 6, line 3: delete "(d)" and substitute "(c)".

SB27-SA1,1,7 4. Page 6, line 4: after that line insert:

SB27-SA1,1,10 "2. A disability insurance policy, or a self-insured health plan of the state or a county, city, town, village, or school district, that provides only limited-scope dental or vision benefits.".

SB27-SA1,1,11 5. Page 6, line 5: delete "2." and substitute "3.".

SB27-SA1,1,12 6. Page 6, line 8: delete "3." and substitute "4.".

SB27-SA1,1,13 7. Page 6, line 9: delete "4." and substitute "5.".
