SB351-SA1,1,3 2. Page 8, line 13: after that line insert:

SB351-SA1,1,4 "(am) A transfer by a limited liability company to one or more of its members.".

SB351-SA1,1,5 3. Page 8, line 24: after that line insert:

SB351-SA1,1,6 " Section 6m. Effective date.
