SB4-AA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB4-AA3,1,2 1. Page 8, line 23: after that line insert:

SB4-AA3,1,9 "(bm) "Employer" means a person that employs traveling sales crews to sell goods or services to consumers from house to house, on any street, or in any other place that is open to the public. "Employer" includes a nonprofit organization or association described in section 501 (c) (4) of the Internal Revenue Code or a political organization described in section 527 of the Internal Revenue Code that employs travelling sales crews to solicit contributions from house to house, on any street, or in any other place that is open to the public.".
