SB400-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB400-SA1,1,4 1. Page 3, line 6: after "miles." insert "Operation of such an all-terrain vehicle on a roadway or adjacent to a roadway is authorized only if the applicable roadway speed limit is 45 miles per hour or less.".

SB400-SA1,1,5 2. Page 3, line 21: substitute "16" for "12".
