SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2009 SENATE BILL 557

SB557-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB557-SA1,1,3 1. Page 3, line 19: delete the material beginning with "The" and ending with "sub. (2m)." on line 22.

SB557-SA1,1,5 2. Page 4, line 4: after "wetland." insert "The department may not provide a wetland confirmation under this paragraph before the earlier of the following:".

SB557-SA1,1,6 3. Page 4, line 4: after that line insert:

SB557-SA1,1,8 "1. The date on which the department enters into a memorandum of agreement with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers as specified in sub. (2m).

SB557-SA1,1,10 2. The first day of the 13th month beginning after the effective date of this subdivision .... [LRB inserts date].".

SB557-SA1,1,12 4. Page 4, line 7: delete lines 7 and 8 and substitute "of Engineers will concur with any wetland confirmation provided by the department under sub. (2) (c).".

SB557-SA1,1,13 5. Page 7, line 15: delete "county" and substitute "town".

SB557-SA1,1,14 6. Page 8, line 19: delete "county" and substitute "village".

SB557-SA1,2,2 7. Page 9, line 23: delete "county" and substitute "city".
