ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 25, TO 2009 SENATE BILL 62

SB62-AA25,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB62-AA25,1,4 1. Page 17, line 6: decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 2008-09 by $79,604,800 to eliminate funding for the transfer from the hospital assessment fund to the Medical Assistance trust fund.

SB62-AA25,1,5 2. Page 18, line 21: delete "All".

SB62-AA25,1,7 3. Page 18, line 22: delete "moneys transferred under s. 50.38 (9) and 10" and substitute"Ten".

SB62-AA25,1,9 4. Page 19, line 15: delete that line and substitute "and make refunds under s. 50.38 (6).".

SB62-AA25,1,10 5. Page 24, line 11: delete lines 11 to 14.

SB62-AA25,1,11 6. Page 27, line 23: delete "a portion" and substitute "all".

SB62-AA25,2,2 7. Page 27, line 24: after "under s. 50.38" insert "and any federal financial participation".

SB62-AA25,2,3 8. Page 28, line 2: delete lines 2 to 8 and substitute "system.".

SB62-AA25,2,4 9. Page 28, line 19: delete lines 19 to 25.

SB62-AA25,2,6 10. Page 37, line 15: delete the material beginning with "or (5r)" and ending with "(4) (jw)" on line 18.

SB62-AA25,2,8 11. Page 37, line 18: delete the material beginning with "fund from which" and ending with "was made" on line 19 and substitute: "hospital assessment fund".
