SB62-AA32,1,2 1. Page 345, line 15: delete lines 15 to 17 and substitute:

SB62-AA32,1,6 "1. Subject to subd. 3., the tenant may retain possession of the tenant's rental unit after the sale of the property is confirmed for 2 months after the end of the month in which the sale of the property is confirmed or until the expiration of the lease term, whichever is the shorter period.".
